Retro Ski Jumping Terms of Service
INFINITY MOUNTAINS · RETRO SKI JUMPING
1. Publisher and contact
Retro Ski Jumping and its game account services are provided by TAXI HALNY WOJCIECH STACHOŃ TUTOŃ, trading as Infinity Mountains, ul. Stachonie 16a, 34-500 Zakopane, Poland. NIP: 7361696400, REGON: 529907302.
For game support, complaints, purchases and data requests, contact infinitymountains25@gmail.com. Website: infinitymountains.pl.
These Terms apply to Retro Ski Jumping. Legal documents for other applications published by us do not replace these Terms.
2. Eligibility and getting started
The game is intended for people aged 16 and over. You must also meet any higher age requirement applicable in your country or to the relevant Google Play release. “16+” describes the intended audience; it is not a statement that a particular PEGI or IARC rating has been awarded. The applicable classification will be displayed on Google Play.
Minors must involve a parent or guardian or obtain their permission for use and purchases where the law requires it. Do not provide a false age or bypass restrictions on your Google account.
Before using the game, players read and accept these Terms. Acknowledging the Privacy Policy is not general consent to advertising or unrestricted data processing. Advertising privacy choices are presented separately.
You need a compatible Android device and space for app data. Google Play determines availability for your particular device. An internet connection is required for Google service sign-in, cloud saving, leaderboard synchronisation, real-money purchases and opening competition reward crates through a rewarded ad. Your network provider may charge for data.
3. Accounts, game saves and offline use
Online features use the Google Play Games profile. Cloud progress is stored through Google’s Saved Games service, without an additional Firebase account or a publisher-operated server. On subsequent launches, the game attempts to reconnect and restore the appropriate player’s save, subject to service availability and account settings. Sign-in may require player action. Do not include sensitive information or contact details in your nickname.
The game stores progress, Retro Coins, equipment, XP, level, crate state and records locally. When signed in and connected, it sends changes to the cloud. State and events created offline remain pending synchronisation; they do not establish a current position on an online leaderboard.
Offline, you can continue available competitions and training and buy and open crates using Retro Coins already present in your local save. Crates earned in competitions that require an ad remain pending until internet access and an ad are available. New Retro Coin packs cannot be purchased for real money offline.
Saves on two devices may differ, especially after offline play. When a conflict occurs, the game presents available saves and how to resolve it. Balances, purchases and rewards from two copies must not simply be added together, as this could duplicate the same resources. Choosing one copy may omit later changes from the other; review progress and save-time information first. Saved Games stores a progress file, but is not an independent server transaction ledger.
Check synchronisation status before changing phones or deleting the app. Uninstalling or clearing app data may remove changes that have not yet reached the cloud. Contact the publisher if you encounter a problem. Never send passwords or sign-in codes.
4. Retro Coins and purchases
Retro Coins (RC) are virtual units used only within Retro Ski Jumping. You may earn them in the game or purchase packs through Google Play. They are not money or a means of payment outside the game, do not earn interest and cannot be cashed out, sold to other players or transferred to other applications. This does not exclude refund rights or other consumer rights.
The game offers standard packs of 5,000 RC, 18,750 RC and 100,000 RC. The current price including tax for each available pack is shown in the in-game shop and the Google Play purchase screen.
In other countries, the local currency price shown before purchase applies. The binding price and taxes are displayed in the Google Play purchase screen. The game obtains prices from the store; the same number does not represent the same price in every currency.
Before confirming a crate, equipment or coaching purchase with RC, the game shows an approximate real-money equivalent. It is calculated proportionally from the RC price and the price of the standard 5,000 RC Google Play pack, without larger-pack discounts. The amount is rounded upwards to the smallest currency unit and labelled approximate. Packs must be purchased whole; this equivalent is not an extra charge, an offer to buy part of a pack or a cash-out value. RC can also be earned in the game.
The information includes the date when prices were fetched. Without a current store connection, after restarting or after 24 hours, cached prices are labelled as the last fetched price list. Older prices are historical. If no prices have been fetched, the game states that a conversion is unavailable; it does not invent an amount and still allows spending existing RC. Check the current Google Play price before buying a new pack.
Before paying, players see the pack, price and payment method and confirm the purchase through Google Play. Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. RC are granted after a valid payment is confirmed; a pending payment does not yet allow the coins to be spent. Receiving the same purchase confirmation again does not create another pack.
If you are charged without receiving your RC, retain the Google Play order number and report the problem. The publisher does not request full card details. Changes to future prices do not retrospectively change an existing purchase. Purchased RC have no scheduled expiry date.
5. Crates and random rewards
The game includes Club, Competitor and Champion crates. Rewards are random. They may contain RC, XP and, depending on the crate type and current pool, equipment upgrades. Buying a crate does not guarantee a particular item or an improved leaderboard position.
The “?” button next to each crate in the shop and earned rewards opens information about contents and odds before purchase or opening. Information includes possible rewards, current probabilities, any equipment guarantee after a stated number of openings, and rules for replacing unavailable equipment with XP.
Odds may depend on owned equipment and the guarantee counter. If no useful upgrade remains, XP compensation may apply as shown for that crate. Separately displayed RC, XP and equipment distributions are not one combined probability pool. The rules and odds displayed for a particular opening apply to it; they are not changed retrospectively after that opening is processed.
Crates bought with RC open without an ad. Crates earned in competitions may require voluntarily watching a rewarded ad. Rewards remain virtual and cannot be exchanged for money or physical prizes.
6. Rewarded advertising
An ad starts after the player chooses the option to open a crate with an ad. Before it begins, the game explains what will be unlocked and provides access to the possible random rewards. Showing a button does not mean an ad is currently available.
You may decline to start an ad or close it. If the reward condition has not been completed, the crate will not open. An error or unavailable ad should not consume the crate. Ad completion and rewards are processed once only; any verification delay should be shown in the game.
Release 1.0 uses non-personalised ads only for all players. Refusing optional processing purposes in the privacy form does not block ordinary gameplay. The availability of ads permitted by your choices may be limited. Choices can be changed through privacy options when the form is available for the relevant profile and region. Advertising and purchases are separate features.
7. Records and fair competition
The Record Hall includes the player’s record, the online record and a leaderboard for each available hill. Only valid jumps completed without a fall in competitions qualify for leaderboards. Training, demonstration results and test data do not participate in public competition.
An offline record may be submitted when connectivity returns, but appears on a leaderboard only after Google Play Games accepts it. The game checks jump eligibility locally. Release 1.0 does not use a publisher server to independently replay and validate every flight. We do not promise to eliminate all cheating. Public profile and leaderboard visibility also depend on Google Play Games settings; your Google nickname may differ from the name selected in the game. Positions may change as other players set better results.
Falsifying results or payments, modifying saves to gain an advantage, exploiting bugs to duplicate rewards and bypassing safeguards are prohibited. Nicknames must not infringe another person’s rights, incite violence or disclose another person’s personal information.
Suspected invalid results or duplicate rewards can be reported to the publisher by email. The publisher reviews reports using the available data and Google Play Games tools and explains what resolution is possible. The game does not have its own account-blocking system or automatic score moderation. Making a complaint is not grounds for a penalty and does not restrict statutory consumer rights.
8. Complaints, withdrawal and refunds
You may submit a complaint to the publisher by email. Describe the problem and provide your player ID, if available, and an order number for purchase issues. We do not require a format that makes exercising consumer rights unnecessarily difficult. Consumer complaints will receive a response within 14 days unless applicable law requires an earlier response.
You may also use the Google Play refund process. Store procedures do not replace or restrict your legal rights against the relevant seller or publisher.
EU consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Simply crediting purchased RC to your balance does not automatically remove your withdrawal right for unused virtual currency. Spending some RC, purchasing digital content and the circumstances of a particular agreement may affect how it is settled under applicable law. We do not apply a blanket “all purchases are non-refundable” rule.
Where the law permits loss of the withdrawal right when supply of particular digital content begins, the required information, express prior consent and acknowledgement of the consequences must be properly obtained and confirmed on a durable medium. Accepting these Terms alone does not replace those steps.
The handling of an accepted refund is explained individually through publisher support, in accordance with applicable law. The game does not automatically revoke currency following a refund. Settlement must not arbitrarily remove other validly acquired rights.
Example withdrawal notice
To: TAXI HALNY WOJCIECH STACHOŃ TUTOŃ, ul. Stachonie 16a, 34-500 Zakopane, Poland, infinitymountains25@gmail.com.
I give notice that I withdraw from the agreement concerning: [pack / order]. Purchase date: [date]. Order number: [number]. Consumer’s name and address: [details]. Notice date: [date]. A signature is required only for a paper notice. Using this example is optional.
These Terms do not limit rights concerning conformity of digital content or services, mandatory updates, price reductions, termination or other legal remedies. Consumer assistance information is available from UOKiK and your local consumer protection authority. Using an out-of-court process does not remove access to a court.
9. Game data deletion
Game settings can clear the current profile career: cloud progress and, after confirmation, its corresponding local save. This does not delete PGS leaderboard records. Complete removal of this game data from Google Play Games, including scores, also uses Google tools linked on the Retro Ski Jumping data deletion page.
The game does not create a separate Firebase account. Removing Retro Ski Jumping data does not delete your whole Google account or purchase history held by Google. A deletion request is not automatically a refund request, but does not prevent one. Before permanent deletion, the player will be informed of the consequences for progress and unused content. Data held by the publisher, such as support correspondence, can be covered by a separate email request.
10. Updates, liability and service closure
Players receive a non-exclusive right to use the game personally in accordance with these Terms and the law. They do not acquire copyright in the graphics, music, code or publisher’s names. Rights granted by mandatory law remain unaffected.
Updates may fix bugs, improve security and adjust game balance. Material changes affecting paid content, accounts or the service require clear information and respect for player rights. These Terms do not authorise arbitrary removal of purchased RC or content.
Online services may be temporarily unavailable during outages or maintenance. The publisher is responsible for failure to perform its obligations in accordance with applicable law. We do not exclude statutory liability through a general “use at your own risk” statement.
If online services are planned to close, the publisher will provide reasonable advance notice of the date, remaining features and arrangements for unused paid content in accordance with applicable law.
11. Changes to these Terms and applicable law
These Terms may be updated because of changes in law, platform requirements, security or justified changes to game features. Players will be informed of material changes, their reasons and effective date. Changes do not override acquired rights or rules applicable to existing agreements. Any legally required consent or right to terminate is preserved.
Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. These Terms do not require consumers to use a court that would not otherwise have jurisdiction under applicable law. Language versions are intended to convey the same rules; ambiguity must not restrict consumer rights.
12. iOS — Apple devices, saves and purchases
The iOS edition is distributed through the App Store. The store shows device availability and its assigned age rating. The publisher’s target audience remains ages 16 and above, subject to higher local requirements; this is not a claim that Apple has assigned a particular age rating.
Retro Coin packs bought with real money are consumable App Store products. Payment is confirmed in Apple’s system purchase dialog. The applicable price is the current store price shown before confirmation. RC are for in-game content only; they are not money or a cash-out balance and do not expire.
A purchase requires a connected, synchronized iOS career. The pack is assigned to the Game Center profile used for that career. Purchase delivery and synchronization may wait for service availability or a save conflict to be resolved. Do not buy the same pack again merely to clear such a message; check the connection status or contact support.
Android purchases and balances do not transfer to iOS, or vice versa. Restoring an iCloud career restores the balance recorded in that career. It does not grant every historical pack again; reinstalling the game does not return coins already spent. For undelivered purchases or complaints, contact the publisher. Apple transaction refund requests can also be submitted through Apple’s service. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Crates bought with RC have randomized contents. Current reward probabilities are available in the game before buying a crate. Reward rules, offline play and the absence of any cash redemption remain as described for the features in that release.
Explicitly confirming career deletion also removes unspent coins and equipment. Deletion does not automatically refund payments or erase the App Store purchase history.
Career, records and advertising on iOS
Online iOS features use Game Center and iCloud instead of Google Play Games and Saved Games. Using the same career on another Apple device requires the correct Game Center profile and iCloud account. Check synchronization confirmation before changing devices. A conflict concerns selecting a complete save; balances and purchases are not added together. Offline play and randomized crate rules remain as described in sections 3 and 5, using the services appropriate to the platform.
The iOS records hall uses Game Center leaderboards for 13 hills. It retains each player’s best eligible distance, not a sum of scores. A lower score does not replace a higher one. Other players’ entries and ranks are retrieved in pages; refreshing or delivering a score can require connectivity and time. A local score is not yet confirmation of an online rank. Jump eligibility is checked on the device; we do not promise to eliminate all dishonest scores. In this release, the Game Center leaderboard is separate from Android’s leaderboard.
Once advertising is enabled in the particular iOS release, non-personalized rewarded ads and hill-history banners are available. Opening an earned crate requires the advertising service to confirm the reward; an error or closing without that confirmation does not grant a reward. Ads depend on privacy choices and available inventory. Ordinary gameplay does not require consent to optional advertising purposes.
Deleting the iOS career writes an empty revision marking deletion to iCloud and clears the corresponding local career after confirmation. It does not remove Game Center scores or the Apple Account. The procedure and exceptions are described on the iOS data deletion page. The common complaints, consumer rights, updates and liability terms remain in force.
