References to Android, Google accounts, Google Play Games, Saved Games and Google Play payments describe the Android edition. Apple devices use the <a href=\"#ios\">separate iOS section below<\/a>: Game Center, iCloud and App Store. Progress, equipment, purchases and Retro Coins are separate on each platform. Purchases, ads and online features depend on activation in the particular release, connectivity and the correct account; this description does not mean the iOS edition is already publicly available. Delete the save in the game<\/h2><p>In Retro Ski Jumping settings, select clearing progress for the current profile and read the consequences. Internet access and the correct signed-in profile are required. The game confirms clearing the Google career before clearing the corresponding local save and supporting copies for that profile. This covers RC, XP, level, equipment, crates and career progress. <strong>It does not delete PGS leaderboard records, other accounts on the phone or separate pre-release saves.<\/strong> Recovery copies with an unidentifiable owner and damaged copies are not deleted automatically; they remain until the whole application data are cleared in Android settings. Clearing application data also removes local data for other profiles.<\/p>\r\n<h2>2. Remove other game data in Google Play Games<\/h2><p>Open your <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/games\/profile\">Google Play Games profile<\/a>, go to data management, find individual-game data deletion and choose <strong>Retro Ski Jumping<\/strong>. Google&#8217;s tool covers PGS data associated with the game, such as scores and progress. For current screens and details, see <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/googleplay\/answer\/9130646?hl=en\">Google&#8217;s official instructions<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p>If you intend to stop playing, remove local copies on other devices too. An old copy can upload progress again when launched and synchronised. Clearing Android app data or uninstalling removes local copies but does not itself request deletion from PGS.<\/p>\r\n<h2 id=\"ios\">3. iOS \u2014 deleting the career save and other data<\/h2>\n<ol><li>Connect to the internet and use the Game Center profile and iCloud account associated with the correct career.<\/li><li>Open game settings and the account\/save panel. Check the synchronization status.<\/li><li>Select <strong>DELETE GAME SAVE<\/strong>, read the consequences and confirm. The action may be unavailable during a pending purchase, reward delivery or save conflict.<\/li><li>Wait for confirmation. If an error appears, do not assume deletion completed. Contact support if retrying does not resolve the issue.<\/li><\/ol>\n<p>This deletes the current career for this game, while retaining an empty iCloud revision marking deletion. It does not remove Game Center leaderboard scores or the entire Apple Account. Do not delete your entire Apple Account solely to remove this game&#8217;s data.<\/p>\n<p>To ask about remaining data or obtain help with a leaderboard entry, contact <a href=\"mailto:infinitymountains25@gmail.com\">infinitymountains25@gmail.com<\/a>. Give the game name, platform and request scope; provide a player\/order identifier only if needed. The publisher will check the available action and direct you to the appropriate Apple contact for data Apple controls. We do not promise one-click Game Center deletion through a feature this game does not currently provide.<\/p>\n<p>The feature does not delete the Apple Account, App Store history, separate SDK advertising or purchase data, or other profiles. Unidentified or damaged local recovery copies may need to be removed separately with app data. Other devices may retain copies; this is not a remote wipe of those devices. Requests about Apple service data can also be made through <a href=\"https:\/\/privacy.apple.com\/\">Apple\u2019s Data and Privacy service<\/a>. iOS progress and RC are separate from Android, so a request for one platform does not automatically delete the career on the other.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Data held by the publisher<\/h2><p>To delete information supplied to the publisher, such as support correspondence, email <a href=\"mailto:infinitymountains25@gmail.com?subject=Retro%20Ski%20Jumping%20%E2%80%94%20data%20deletion\">infinitymountains25@gmail.com<\/a>. Identify the game and scope of your request. Provide a player or order identifier only if needed to locate the case. You may request help without knowing an identifier.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, card data or identity document scans.<\/strong> If ownership is reasonably in doubt, we may request proportionate verification. A public nickname alone may not establish ownership. Emailing the publisher does not give it access to delete your entire Google account.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Consequences and retention<\/h2><p>Deleting progress can permanently remove access to equipment, crates and unused RC. Consequences are shown before confirmation. Deletion does not automatically waive complaint or refund rights. You can submit a purchase request separately or in the same email.<\/p>\r\n<p>Your entire Google account, Google payment history and other games&#8217; data are not deleted. Web &amp; App Activity may require separate management in your Google account. Google determines deletion periods for its services; we do not state an unverified deadline for removing technical copies.<\/p>\r\n<p>The publisher may retain limited purchase, complaint and request records where required by law or necessary to protect legal claims. Data requests normally receive a response within one month; a legally permitted extension requires an explanation. Relevant exceptions to deletion will be explained.<\/p>\r\n<p class=\"note\">Clearing the career does not confirm physical deletion of every technical copy held by providers. Google advertising data and Unity technical and purchase data have separate rules.
